I recently received a parcel from Solution-Lens.com containing a pair of contact lenses which I got after I joined their monthly giveaway. I didn't exactly win the giveaway but Solution-Lens decided to send me a free pair anyway. :)

Solution-Lens.com is an online shop that offers a variety of contact lenses. They sell both classic and circle lenses. Customers are assured of the quality of the contact lenses as Solution-Lens sell only genuine lenses from popular brands such as Geo Medical, Dueba, and Vassen. They have categorized their lenses according to color and brand on their site. What I love about Solution-Lens.com is that they charge nothing for shipping anywhere in the world! They also offer promos and discounts for customers who purchase more than one pair.

I asked for a graded pair, but I guess they didn't have available stock for the contact lenses that I chose. I didn't want an overwhelming shade on my eyes, so I picked GEO Super Size Angel Brown. Besides, I've always wanted to have brown eyes.

It's my first time to wear contact lenses. Needless to say, I was clueless and I didn't have the slightest idea of the proper way to apply them. I had to watch a couple of tutorial videos intended for beginners before I could get the hang of it. 

Still, I was hesitant to put the lenses on my eyes since I was afraid that they would cause eye irritation. I didn't trust my clumsy self and I had friends who had heard negative things about contact lenses, making me all the more anxious. I didn't ask my ophthalmologist's opinion and didn't have a contact lens solution nor an eye drop. The lenses keep sticking to my finger too! Several tries later, I finally managed to put them on. Huzzah!

The GEO Super Size Angel Brown is a really good shade that complements my natural eye color, which is black. I was impressed with the significant change in my appearance. However, the color isn't that noticeable without the camera flash. With the flash, the lenses look almost dark orange, which in my opinion, is a very lovely hue.

Lens Comfort

Contrary to the poor impression that formed in my mind, surprisingly wearing these lenses doesn't feel like I'm wearing them at all. The lenses are light and soft, and there is no change in my eyesight. In fact, I'm starting to entertain the idea of wearing another pair, preferably with prescription since I have myopia.

Lens Enlargement

The contact lenses have a diameter of 14.8mm and I really had a difficult time putting them on. I have Chinese blood and it follows that I also have small eyes. These lenses were perfect for me as they definitely made my eyes look remarkably bigger.

Overall, I liked the GEO Super Size Angel Brown lenses enough that I'm willing to buy a pair with prescription. I love the color which becomes more apparent under direct sunlight. I only had a problem at the beginning when I put them on. It's a strain to wear something that is bigger than your size. Haha. But maybe it will get easier. After all, this is my first time to wear one.

I will most certainly recommend Solution-Lens.com to anyone who wants to purchase contact lenses. I am immensely satisfied with the lenses I received. The customer service is great. The staff is quick to respond to my email inquiries. I didn't have a problem with the shipping. I received the package just within a month. This is my first pair of contact lenses, and I'm so excited to try other colors and designs out there.
